Jessica Freiberg, Ph.D.,

Jessica Freiberg is a Research Assistant Professor and the Project Coordinator of the LIPID MAPS Project. Jessica trained with Robert Murphy at UCMC-Denver, a pioneer in the area of lipid analysis by mass spectrometry. Jessica worked at Cell Therapeutics in Seattle for three years where she characterized the role of LPAATbeta in human cancers. She has extensive experience in lipid profiling and proteomic analysis using mass spectrometry. Jessica is responsible for coordinating all phases of the LIPID MAPS Project for the Phospholipid Core Lab and integrating this effort with our work for the AfCS.
